**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Analyst to join our team at Clearpoint Health Network Inc. The Junior IT Analyst will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure, assisting with day-to-day IT operations, and contributing to the implementation of IT projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level IT professional to gain hands-on experience and grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Develop and analyze functional specifications.
- Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
- Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
- Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations).
- Provide advice and technical training.
- Keep abreast of technology trends and developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of business practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
