Job Title: Junior Data Reporting Analyst This position will be responsible for coordinating requests for unique data reports from internal stakeholders. This involves working with our development team to ensure data provided meets the criteria required. A large part of this position involves quality assurance and checking the accuracy of the report by comparing data from various tools and reports. What you’ll be doing as our new Junior Data Reporting Analyst: Coordinate requests for unique data reports from internal stakeholders Work effectively between Account and Development Teams to ensure that data is derived and provided in an accurate and consistent manner Qualify all requests by creating thorough business rule documentation to ensure all report requirements are complete and documented clearly prior to sending to development Understand data complexities and strategies behind Customer Targeting Manage multiple requests and timelines by balancing report demand with development resources available to ensure all Internal and external stakeholder deadlines are met Conduct internal testing on reports received from development and quality assurance (data and calculations), prior to sending report to requestor Ensure documentation of reporting process for unique reports is kept up to date and look for ways to innovate process further Assist other team members on reports projects as needed Other Administrative tasks, as required Skills we’re looking for: Energetic, results-focused, self-starter Confidence, decisiveness Strong interest in working with data Exceptional at problem solving and troubleshooting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Logical, technical, analytical mindset Possesses strong people skills Can work in a team or autonomously Highly organized and detail-oriented An optimistic outlook, a willingness to learn and an openness to constructive feedback Time management skills in handling multiple priorities Experience in auditing and cross checking Advanced Excel Skills is a MUST Education that will help you succeed: Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Science, Mathematics, Economics or Business Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) Experience with SQL is an asset. Where we see you progress: Opportunities for leadership, project management, client management and increased level of responsibility Expectations: This role follows a hybrid work model, with three days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days working from home (Monday and Friday)
