We are proud to be the steward of Canadian CANDU nuclear technology.## **Your role**## **About you*** Civil Engineering degree from an accredited University with minimum 3-5 years of structural analysis and design experience in steel and concrete structures in Nuclear Power Plants and/or industrial buildings.* Master’s degree and above is an asset.* 1 to 2 years of site or field experience in Nuclear Power Plants and/or industrial buildings is an asset.* Deep and thorough understanding of structural engineering gained through a combination of design-office and site experience.* Thorough knowledge of Canadian and International Codes and standards used in Civil/Structural engineering.* Thorough knowledge of the use of Analysis software commonly used in Civil/Structural engineering such as StaadPro, SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, etc.* Knowledge of modification process of Nuclear Power Plant; ECC process or similar is an asset.* Knowledge of static, dynamic and seismic analysis of structures and foundations.* Must have good skills in time management and setting priorities.* Must be able to demonstrate effective organizational skills.* Adequate knowledge of established Nuclear QA guidelines, procedures and practices is preferable.* Adequate knowledge of applicable nuclear safety codes and regulations is an asset.* Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.* Ability to manage to work effectively under tight schedules and budget.* Eligible for Security Clearance through Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).* Travel to client sites is required.## **Rewards & benefits**Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career at AtkinsRéalis in Canada.Enjoy competitive compensation, employee recognition, and a brilliant range of flexible benefits you can tailor to your health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle needs.Make the most of diverse opportunities for training and professional development to grow your skills and expertise.And take advantage of our hybrid working culture and generous time-off policies to balance a fulfilling career with your personal life.## **About AtkinsRéalis**We're , a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
