We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Facilities Maintenance Administrator to join our Real Estate/Store Development team in Langley, BC. This position is expected to last 12 months.

Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance, you will be responsible for providing support to all retail locations and banners as it pertains to facilities maintenance systems and procedures. This includes ensuring guidelines, procedures and protocols are up to date with industry standards.

You will be responsible for:
- Administratively supporting users with the cloud-based repair and maintenance work order system. (VX Maintain)- Ensuring third party contractor WorkSafe and liability compliance is met and reflects company expectations.- Supporting third party contractors, retail stores and corporate office enquiries in respects to general repairs and maintenance.- Providing administrative support to facility coordinators, third party contractors, retail stores and Langley office team members.- Process and code invoicing; tracking information against assets when applicable.- Maintaining and updating department specific information including intranet and reporting methods.- Supporting internal Finance and Insurance teams in relation to work order management and insurance claim invoices

You have:- 1-2 years of office administration experience would be considered an asset.- Experience with general building maintenance considered an asset.- Experience working with external contractors and service providers is an asset.- Retail store experience is considered an asset.
