At IMP Solutions, we provide IT products, and IT and business consulting services to our clients across Canada. We are searching for Change Manager / Senior Change Manager to join our Professional Services team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

**What You Will Do**:
Collaborate with project team and client stakeholders to champion change management initiatives
Lead / support the design, development, and management of key change management deliverables such as Change Management Plan, Communications Plan and Training Plan.
Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to assess potential change impacts and the organization’s readiness for change
Help clients understand change impacts and strategies to successfully implement new solutions or processes

**What You Need to Succeed**:
Successful completion of a University Degree or approved equivalent combination of education and experience
As least 5 years’ experience leading large-scale, complex change initiatives
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Experience working with various stakeholder groups including executives and end users
Completion of Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification would be an asset
Previous consulting experience would be an asset
Public sector experience would be an asset
Change Management experience on large ERP projects would be an asset
