We are looking for an experienced Repair and Field Service Technician to join our team

**You have**:

- Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering
- A P.Eng. or CET designation is an asset but not required
- 5+ years experience working within the heavy civil/sewer and water/roadbuilding market in Ontario
- Full G class drivers license and a clean abstract
- Available outside of regular business hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends to meet project and customer needs
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals and deadlines
- Ability to focus on details, highly organized, and works effectively with shifting priorities and rapid changes
- Critical thinker who effectively examines events, issues, and challenges to generate optimal solutions in a timely manner
- Customer focused; provides a high level of service to customers and stakeholders
- Ability to professionally communicate with impact including offering and accepting constructive feedback
- Intermediate to senior level experience using MS Office Suite

**As a Project Manager, you will**:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities for temporary construction barriers and guide rail projects including crews & equipment
- Maintain and manage subcontracts, drawings, specifications, costs, and materials estimates and related reports
- Establish, monitor, and initiate updates to work schedules
- Maintain and accurately cost control plans by managing labour costs, project milestones & completion, and material costs
- Coordinate procurement of materials ensuring adherence to company policies and practices, timely delivery, and accuracy of purchase orders
- Calculate all productivity and material yields
- Manage customer relationships and provide a high level of service
- Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and regulations for construction projects by acting as a champion for the Company’s OH&S program
- Other duties as assigned to support customer and business needs
