Its head office is based in New Hamburg, Ontario, with additional Canadian terminals in Baden, Toronto, Thunder Bay, North Bay, Ottawa, Montreal, Trenton, Winnipeg and a U.S. terminal in Elverson, PA.

**What Will You Do?**
- Sort and categorize invoices by route.
- Organize line ups of loads to maximize driver and equipment while taking into account customer requirements.
- Assign drivers and trucks to loads in accordance with the bid run system. Update dispatch sheet taking into account drivers who are unavailable.
- Replace ‘print bills’ from loads as ‘original bills’ arrive from other terminals. Route any missed or un-manifested bills as soon as they are discovered.
- Work with other routers and data entry to maximize efficiency in preparing loads for the dock and to ensure all work is accomplished in a timely fashion.
- Communicate with Supervisor with any major delivery issues and/or driver requirements or changes.
- All other duties as required.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Past experience in similar position in the transportation industry
- Knowledge of the GTA area is required
- Exceptional organizational skills, team player and flexibility to change
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
