Summary of responsibilities
- Manage customer queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
- Serve Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic beverages in accordance of provincial regulations
- Ensure knowledge of menus and all special promotions
- Ensure restro is well stocked at all floor locations
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with customer complaints
- Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
- Accurately records all sales of Food and Beverages, process billing, complete POS daily closeout procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
- Follows all procedures, including opening and closing inventories, side station responsibilities and re stocking as required
- Offer product suggestions to increase sales and heighten guest satisfaction
- Ensure that Bushwood uniform policy is adhered to at all times
- Ensure that all staff arrives to work on time and the schedule is done according withthe number of golfers and reservations.
- Work in any area requiring additional staffing.
- Direct staff to various areas within the department to meet service needs
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Valid smart serve certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
