**Account Manager - St. Catharines, ON**

**Madsen Diesel & Turbine** is the Woodward Channel Partner for Canada and is also the factory representative for AMOT, Basler, Testo Emissions Analyzers, Bosch Fuel Injection, and many other top-tier manufacturers. with a history that dates back 60 years, we are a vibrant organization with offices across the country.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Customer / Account Management
- Account growth hunter, looking for new accounts
- Liaise between customers and delivery of goods & services as a Trusted Advisor
- Regular visits to support customer needs
- Follow-up on quotes to help manage customer pipeline
- Identify customer needs and work with internal resources to design a solution to meet them
- Develop multiple relationships with key points of contact in marine operations
- Maintain CRM and related reporting
- Complete training as required - including safety training, certification, and testing
- Perform customer site visits and surveys in the marine environment to assist with solutions
- French Fluency would be considered an asset

A valid Drivers License to complete inter-provincial travel is a significant component of this position

Post secondary education in some combination of either Business or relevant trade including: Electrical, Instrumentation or Marine Engineering would be favorable.
