Dixon Commercial Investigators is looking to hire a Bilingual Account Specialist. We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong negotiation skills to handle French-speaking accounts while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a designated portfolio of accounts
- Follow up on previously established arrangements
- Make changes to accounts including keeping contact information up to date
- Answer incoming correspondence and responding where required to accounts pertaining to your portfolio (no cold calling, emphasis on written communication)
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook as a written contact method
- Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
