Napier Outdoors is searching for a passionate, driven, professional, outgoing Account Manager to add to our growing team.

You will play a lead role in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies in order to generate revenue. You will foster relationships and provide support to retailers such as Costco, Bass Pro, Amazon, Canadian Tire, Wayfair and Walmart.

CLIENT RELATIONS (55%)
- **Client Development (40%)**:Develop and implement strategies to support and grow sales within the customer's selling channels.
- **Retail Marketing (5%)**:Develop client specific in-store marketing and merchandising programs to increase the sell-through rate. Optimize Napier’s brand exposure across the clients marketing channels.
- **Dealerships and Store Training (5%)**:Develop and execute dealerships and store product awareness and training programs.
- **Promotions (3%)**:Develop client specific promotional calendars and negotiate price discounts and exposure.
- **Product Listings & Launches (2%)**:Ensure all clients represent the brand and products correct, perform website audits and provide clients with product attributes, copy and imagery. Assist in the development and implementation of new product launches.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (35%)
- **Prospecting (25%)**:Generate leads for new opportunities. Recruit new dealers and distributors through telephone soliciting. Negotiate terms and agreements. Set-up new clients.
- **RFQ’s & Client Documentation (5%)**:Prepare PPL’s, RFQ’s, client proposals, presentations and other documentation.
- **New Markets (5%)**:Identify new market opportunities and develop and implement penetration

MARKETING (10%)
- **Campaigns (5%)**:Develop cross-promotional campaigns with associated companies.
- **Reporting (5%)**:Create analytical reports such as product trending, channel penetration, market trends, competitor analysis etc.

EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 5+ years of sales & client development experience
- Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize, multitask and problem solve in a deadline driven environment
- University Degree/College Diploma in Business, marketing, sales or related field
