**Job Summary**
SK Legal is seeking a motivated, results-driven, pro-active Sales Executive to join in the sales of a new FinTech software across Canada with a focus on the following industries: (1) labour & employment; (2) human resources; (3) recruitment agencies; (4) property managers; (5) landlords and employers; (6) mortgage brokers; and (7) other financial professionals.

You would be responsible for identifying, marketing to and selling certain software solutions to companies and individuals operating in the above industries. As an example, one FinTech solution to be sold is to canvas the market and sell online criminal record checks to employers as a means of pre-screening their potential new hires.

Preference will be given to any individual who has previous experience within or selling to any of the industry group described above.

**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through existing network, new networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively in English to present products and services to potential customers.
- Utilize Zoho CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts in close collaboration with management while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business development opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs within the industry is a plus.
