- Customer Service Administrator**Summary**:
- We’re hiring Join our team as a Customer Service Administrator. If you are passionate about providing exceptional support, have a keen eye for detail and you are tech savvy, this could be the perfect role for you. As the Customer Service Administrator, you will provide and enforce policy administrative support and product information to our customers (brokers and their clients, and our insurance carriers) and colleagues.-
**What you’ll be working on**:
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with our customers and colleagues; interact effectively with each one based on their needs and preferences
- Support for Reception/Front Desk activities
- Adhere to Anti Money Laundering, Fintrac, Privacy, and TruStone Financial Inc. compliance policies and procedures (includes mandatory yearly trainings)
- Prioritize workload based on the importance and time sensitivity of each task
- Contacting insurance carriers for exceptions or special handling
- Advance product knowledge by attending industry courses and webinars
- Cross-Training - learning other department functions to support as a backup when needed**What you’ll need to have**:
- Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and attention to detail
- Ability to think independently and critically, with good problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- **It would be nice for you to have**:
- Experience working in Insurance
- LOMA
- Insurance licensing
