**What you’ll be working on**- Processing of investment transactions-
- Effectively resolve any issues which pertain to investment transactions- Build effective relationships with clients acting as a consistent point of contact throughout the investment administration process- Reconciliation of back-office database daily and monthly- Keep up to date on new directives for compliance updates- Perform other related activities and participate in ad hoc projects, as necessary or as assigned
**What we’re looking for you to have**:
- College Diploma, University degree or equivalent experience- Working towards Branch Manager License (BME), IFC, or CIFC, would be an asset- Minimum two (2) years in the financial services industry- Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset- System expertise - Wealthserv, SharePoint, Microsoft suite- Strong conflict management skills and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance multiple tasks or projects- Ability to research, analyze, evaluate, integrate ideas and problem solve**Beyond the salary**:
