- **We are seeking a dedicated receptionist with experience in ophthalmology or eye care to join our dynamic team.**_

As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients while serving at the centre of team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient records.
- Coordinate with ophthalmologists and medical staff to ensure efficient patient

flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

- Minimum two years of experience in a medical office setting is required

(ophthalmology or other eye care office preferred).
- Knowledge of ophthalmic terminology, procedures, and equipment is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
