River Run Industrial is a dynamic and rapidly growing startup that specializes in industrial sales and distribution across Canada. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Support Representative to join our dedicated team. We focus on innovative and sustainable products used in construction and operations and are committed to driving success through quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inside Sales & Support 80% / Outside Sales 20%**
- Facilitate product approval & build relationships within municipalities.
- Manage distributor accounts.
- Efficiently manage multiple product lines and organize associated tasks.
- Update and maintain tracking files to enhance sales activity monitoring.
- Conduct comprehensive research and prospecting in a B2B environment.
- Develop and pursue leads to capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Proactively engage in self-directed study to stay informed about relevant industry information.
- Independently work with mínimal supervision.
- Assist with other sales efforts through research and qualifying of prospects.

**Additional responsibilities**:

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and training to prospects and customers.
- Demonstrate innovation, creativity, and self-motivation in goal achievement.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in the dynamic industries serviced.
- Order processing & other operations assistance
- Some trade show attendance.
- Some overnight travel.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a B2B sales organization.
- General knowledge of products used in construction.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning, winning, and growing the business.
- Access to a reliable vehicle & clean driving record.
- Estimating and administrative experience an asset.
- Post-secondary education an asset but not mandatory
- Superior organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (required)
