Greater Toronto Area, Canada Dependable Emergency Vehicles Full time

Dependable Emergency Vehicles is currently looking for a **Customer Service Representative** to provide front-line support in our Warranty and On-Site Service division. This position will ensure that customers, both internal and external, receive exceptional customer support with our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and special requests through various channels promptly
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and other departments as necessary
- Other tasks and duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma/Vocational training and/or hands-on experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must
- Previous experience with ERP software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent customer service & time management skills
- G license

**Work schedule**:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm

**Education**:
