**Job Title**: Family Law Clerk **(Minimum of 2-3 Years Experience)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing files from intake through to completion, including court filings and document management.
- Opening and maintaining client files, conducting conflict checks, gathering and organizing disclosure, and ensuring compliance with Family Law Rules.
- Scheduling client meetings, court appearances, mediations, and questioning etc.
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other third parties.
- Assisting in court preparation.
- Maintaining accurate dockets and managing deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a law clerk in a family law setting (Ontario).
- Completion of a Law Clerk program or equivalent education.
- Solid understanding of family law rules and procedures in Ontario.
- Proficiency in legal software (DivorceMate, Clio, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, compassionate, and professional demeanour.
