Our client, a friendly law firm is growing They are in need of a Family Law Clerk to join its tea.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Financial and Net Family Property (NFP) Statements
  • Draft documents as needed
  • Write effective correspondence and communicate with clients and opposing counsel
  • Manage schedules and act as liaison to third parties
  • Open / close client files and prepare Statement of Accounts in PCLaw

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant family law experience
  • Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent
  • Expertise in DivorceMate and PCLaw programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and file management skill
