**Job Description**:
**
Key Job Responsibilities**
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
- Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
- Prepare repair order with proper documentation
- Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
- Manage car rental information
- **Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job**- High School Diploma
- Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry- **
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
- Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy- ** Other Requirements**_Travel, physical requirements, etc._**- Valid driver’s license required-

Compensation Details

Compensation:
$20-$22 per hour

**Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.**
