**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Insurance Breakdown Coordination**:

- Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits for patients.
- Accurately document insurance breakdowns, including deductibles, copays, and maximum coverage.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies.
- Assist patients in understanding their benefits and financial responsibilities.
- **Instrument Sterilization**:

- Follow proper protocols for cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing dental instruments.
- Maintain and monitor sterilization equipment for proper functionality and safety compliance.
- Organize and store sterilized instruments efficiently for clinical use.
- Ensure infection control standards are met and maintained at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
- Familiarity with dental insurance processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
