**Are you our next IT Support Technician (Onsite)?**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide assistance and direction to office and remote staff on IT systems while providing a high level of quality customer service.
- Offer technical guidance and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding of software and hardware functionalities.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Assist in the installation of desktop computer solutions.
- Assist in the IT configuration and onboarding for new hires.
- Utilize ITIL-based service desk system to manage and respond to IT support tickets effectively.
- Escalate issues, when needed, to the IT Manager to assist in resolution.
- Maintain documentation on technical procedures and user guides.
**What You Bring**:
- Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technical related discipline.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Windows operating systems (10/11), Microsoft Office Suite, and ITIL service desk systems.
- Experience in Linux system administration and support is preferred.
- Ability to quickly and accurately analyze information and exercise sound judgment and practical thinking.
- Ability to translate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
