- Monitor inventory levels for coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies; restock as needed.
- Maintain a consistent workflow during busy periods, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.

**Workspace and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing workspace throughout each shift.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, ensuring compliance with Ontario health and safety standards.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks, including equipment maintenance.

**Team Collaboration and Training**:

- Work seamlessly with team members to manage shifts and optimize customer service.
- Provide guidance to new staff, sharing best practices and fostering a supportive environment.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role in the food and beverage industry.
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment operation, and specialty coffee trends.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle high-pressure environments effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent quality.
- Understanding of health and food safety regulations in Ontario.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.88-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Tips

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Barista: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
