Used Car Sales Manager

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Manage the sales pipeline for used cars, from acquisition to final sale
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when communicating with customers
- Organize and oversee sales support activities to enhance the customer experience
- Utilize strong math skills for pricing negotiations and financial transactions
- Implement effective sales management strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Drive outside sales initiatives to attract new customers and expand market reach
- Utilize retail sales expertise to maximize profitability and customer retention
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus for diverse customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or management roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing a sales team and achieving sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of used car market trends and pricing strategies
- Multilingual abilities preferred to cater to diverse clientele

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
