**Job Summary**:
The Online Sales Manager is responsible for managing the complete online sales process, ensuring a smooth and engaging customer journey from initial inquiry to final transaction. This role involves overseeing digital lead management, documentation, and customer support, while also collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our digital presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Digital Sales Management**:
- Manage and nurture digital leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the digital buying process with clear, transparent communication.
- Address customer questions, resolve issues, and provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation & Process Coordination**:
- Handle the preparation and review of all necessary sales documents, including sales agreements, vehicle history reports, financing forms, warranty paperwork, and licensing documentation.
- Develop and implement streamlined workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- **Digital Marketing Collaboration**:
- Work with the marketing team to create and manage digital advertising campaigns and social media initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and digital campaign performance to help refine promotional strategies.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to online sales, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement within the digital sales process.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:
- Mentor and support team members in best practices for digital customer engagement and sales operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting online automotive sales.
**Qualifications**:
- **Mandatory Requirements**:
- A valid OMVIC license with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed salesperson in the automotive industry.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Proven experience in online sales management or a comparable role within a digital environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing strategies, and online customer engagement techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: $72,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
