We are looking for a **Social Media Marketer/Jr. Graphic Designer** who is self-motivated and can manage multiple concurrent deadlines flawlessly. One who knows their way around social media platforms, graphic design software, specifically Adobe Creative Suite, along with general software like Google Drive. Our busy and growing Marketing Agency requires an organized, results-driven person with well-developed graphic design, social media, and proofreading abilities. You have attention-to-detail, data entry skills, well-developed prioritization and organization abilities, and are comfortable in a deadline-driven environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Enhance Employer Brand Identity Through Visual Content Creation -**Collaborate with clients to understand their corporate culture and values, translating this into cohesive visual content such as infographics, brand pages and designs that strengthen their employer brand across various channels.
- Fluent in English, oral and written. Fluency in French is considered an asset.
- At least 2 years of social media marketing & design experience.
- Technically inclined with excellent layout & creative skills within the Adobe Creative Suite - specifically XD, Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
- Must have experience using Google Workspace.
**Additional Information/Requirements**:
This position is a fully remote, 3-month contract, with the opportunity for extension and/or to become full-time, permanent.
