Junior Content Marketer

Are you a creative and motivated marketing enthusiast with a passion for content creation and social media? We are seeking a talented and dynamic junior content marketer to join our team. As part of our marketing team, you will play a key, multi-faceted role in developing and implementing engaging content, growing and fostering AGNORA’s social media community, and supporting various marketing administrative tasks with the goal of increasing AGNORA’s brand identity and online presence. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, they will also work on back-end tracking and other audience engagement tactics.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
To support digital, social media, and print communications execution, reporting and tracking, while managing marketing automation lead process from corporate website and create/modify campaigns to develop “sales ready” leads.

**Content Creation (Video)**:

- Ideate, shoot, and edit captivating video content for our brand's digital channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to ensure video content aligns with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production to continuously improve content quality.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and curate content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth while adhering and developing content calendar.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and actively engage with our online community.

**Content Creation (Other)**:

- Generate compelling visuals and graphics to accompany marketing materials.
- Implement changes and upload content to website.
- Manage and report SEO metrics and modes of improvement through Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

**Marketing Administrative Support**:

- Support and develop marketing materials, advertising, and other marketing projects, including internal requirements.
- Manage trade show booth program including development of materials, preparation of trade show requirements, and shipping/receiving.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
- Maintain marketing databases, track analytics, and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and media production.
- University degree or equivalent in digital marketing, production, and planning.
- Deep working knowledge and daily use of Adobe CC products (Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Lightroom CC, Illustrator).
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Able to interface directly with cross functional internal teams.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing analytics tools.
- Understanding of branding principles and audience targeting.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service.
