About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead strategy execution across social media, advertising, and content. This hands-on role combines creative execution, strategic planning, and performance oversight, working closely with internal design and content teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing projects, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and publish content including posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
  • Plan and manage newsletters, including content creation, copywriting, and scheduling.
  • Support the setup and management of paid ad campaigns (primarily Meta).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to brief, review, and refine creative.
  • Edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Schedule and manage content using social media scheduling platforms (e.g., HeyOrca, Later, Sprout).
  • Monitor performance, report insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Maintain organized workflows to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement.
  • Hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content.
  • Working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools.
  • Confident communicator and strong project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in aviation, travel, or B2B marketing (highly preferable).
  • Familiarity with analytics and performance reporting tools.
  • Copywriting experience for social media, newsletters, or ads.
