Summary
The Head Office Support Administrator will be required to support the functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as other areas as assigned.

Job Duties
- Enter A/P and A/R data and other documentation as required.
- Balance daily A/P and A/R batches; send details to key personnel as assigned.
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Demonstrated ability to accurately calculate, correct, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Must possess a high level of moral judgment for handling confidential information and monetary transactions.
- Experience in gathering data, compiling the proper information, and preparing financial reports.
- Able to perform moderate account reconciliations.
- Strong diplomatic, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to handle late payments and delinquent accounts.
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems, and internal controls.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other Branches, and key business partners.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite.
Working Conditions
- Good hearing required for telephone use.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
