As part of our continuing growth, we are looking for experienced Project Coordinators to join our project team to help in the day-to-day coordination and execution of our company’s construction projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the project manager/ superintendent in setting, communicating, and monitoring, project timelines while working with construction superintendents and subtrades to ensure work is completed on-time in alignment with contract requirements.
- Includes collecting and verifying quantity measurements and test results, and preparing documents and reports for project manager review.
- Monitor project deliverables making sure all crews and subtrades are completing work on-budget and to required specifications / schedules.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subtrades. Includes attending site meetings, and updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Ensure all site operations are compliant with all safety regulations and project requirements (such as traffic plans, environmental plans, site occupancy plans, etc.). This includes performing regular worksite inspections and working with support staff to ensure all documentation and reporting is taking place.
- Develop and maintain contract document compliance and schedules.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within construction industry.
- Preference given to graduate or current student of a recognized post-secondary program related to civil engineering or construction management is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals in a wide range of situations.
- Must be very proficient in the use of computers, project or construction management software, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong organization, time management and people management skills; capable of operating independently with mínimal direction.
- Must have a driving record free of major infractions and less than 6 demerits.
- Strong understanding of CCC/FAC process, including removals, concrete, paving, milling, landscape restoration and testing requirements.
- Experienced in scheduling and managing CCC/FAC permitting requirements ie first calls, oscams, rowcaps, pipeline ROW agreements.
- Good knowledge of CCC/FAC guidelines, specifications and best practices.
- Capable of managing day to day operations of CCC/FAC crews on multiple projects, able to assess site conditions recommend changes, make decisions to achieve crew/project and safety objectives.
- Must be able to organize and implement the appropriate resources and materials to ensure efficiency, quality and safe completion of an FAC task or project.

Pay Scale $25 - $32 per hour
