**Customer Service Representative**

Red Arrow is currently looking for part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Work will be based out of both our downtown and southside Edmonton ticket offices. **This role will work approximately 16 - 24 hours per week. Shifts fall between 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, 7 days a week, so flexible availability is required.**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Quote fares and rates, assist customers in planning travel times and routes, make/confirm/change and cancel reservations, process payments, assist passengers with our online booking process, greet passengers during check in process, assist with inquiries and luggage storage, safely embark and disembark coaches, provide information on company policies and perform a variety of office and cleaning duties.

- Ability to search for and retrieve information
- Ability to learn and retain large amounts of changing information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of a computer
- Friendly, service-oriented personality
- Flexible availability

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
