**Job Summary**:
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This individual will handle administrative duties, support financial advisors, and staff, and help maintain a professional, client-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and manage front desk operations with professionalism
- Prepare and organize client documentation
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain and update client records
- Liaise with industry contacts to ensure best client experience
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration, preferably in a financial or professional services environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client information
- Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Completion of post-secondary education, in finance, business or office administration
- Knowledge of financial terminology or prior work in financial planning, insurance, or investment firms
- Marketing experience would be a bonus

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
