**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Sendible, Meta Business Suites (Facebook & Instagram) to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct research to identify target audiences and optimize content accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate e-commerce initiatives into social media campaigns.
- Proofread all content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand voice before publication.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices to enhance visibility of social media content on search engines.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
- Create and send Klaviyo campaigns.

**Skills**
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Experience with Sendible, Meta Business Suites, Klaviyo, or similar social media management tools.
- Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences.
- Familiarity with e-commerce strategies and their integration into social media marketing.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, including Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks.
- Knowledge of Google analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
- Understanding of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.
