**About the Role**:
You will report to your Branch Manager, and under their guidance, you will:

- Wow your customers and team with your good attitude and excellent customer service
- Lead your team to success - personally and professionally
- Resolve customer issues - determine the cause, provide a solution, make necessary adjustments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, maintain inventory levels that meet customer needs and annual turn goals
- Implement and maintain pricing, providing direction on exceptions, large orders or adjustments
- Oversee branch expenses, including inventory, freight, debit memos
- Manage collections process and outstanding invoices
- Grow your skills and career through business and personal development courses and activities
- Share your big ideas, learn from your mistakes, ask for help and lend a hand when needed
