**Job Summary**
Mastermind Youth Foundation is seeking a visionary and multi-talented Creative Director to lead the organization’s creative strategies while driving youth engagement and community outreach. This dynamic role requires expertise in photography, videography, social media management, and event coordination, alongside a passion for empowering youth and fostering creativity. The Creative Director will also plan, organize, and oversee art and film programs and projects, supporting the development of artistic skills and self-expression among participants.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Develop innovative strategies to enhance the Foundation’s branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photographs and videos of special events, tournaments, camps, and regular programs to showcase the Foundation’s impact.
- Art & Film Program Management:
- Plan, organize, and oversee youth-focused art and film programs and projects that inspire creativity and storytelling.
- Coordinate workshops, screenings, and exhibitions to celebrate youth artistic achievements.
- Social Media & Web Management: Lead content creation for social media platforms and maintain web assets, ensuring consistent, engaging branding.
- Public Communication: Act as the Foundation’s representative, fielding inquiries about programs, events, and partnerships from the general public and stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of events, promoting through multimedia and live engagement.
- Youth Supervision: Assist in supervising youth participants during programs, camps, and events, fostering a safe and dynamic environment for growth and creativity.
- Sponsorship & Volunteer Recruitment: Help secure sponsorships and recruit volunteers for successful event execution.
- Digital Asset Management: Maintain organized archives of multimedia files and web resources for future use.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in creative direction, photography, videography, and multimedia content creation.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms, digital marketing, and web assets.
- Experience in planning and delivering art and film programs is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with youth-focused programs, non-profit operations, or community engagement is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within Ontario for events and tournaments as required.
- Proactive mindset, team-oriented attitude, and passion for empowering youth through creativity.
- Experience in supervising youth or mentoring in artistic or creative initiatives is highly desirable.
Compensation & Work Conditions
- Pay Range: Commensurate with experience.
- Contract: Seasonal
- Expected Hours: Full-time with a flexible schedule, including travel and weekend availability as needed.
- Work Location: On-site at Mastermind Youth Foundation, with travel throughout Sarnia-Lambton and Ontario.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
