**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Vice President, you will provide essential support to the Administrative and Human Resources Departments, ensuring the efficient execution of administrative, reporting, and event-planning tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.

More specifically, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**1. Monthly Tasks**:

- Prepare and submit monthly TELUS bill reports.
- Reconcile monthly fuel bill reports and Visa statements.
- Manage and update Dorosh-U certificates.
- Provide support to the Prequalification’s/ Estimating Department as needed.
- Assist in organizing and filing project invoices as required.

**2. Event Planning**:

- Research and recommend venues for events.
- Source and coordinate the ordering of branded swag items.
- Occasionally pick up food and other items for events.

**3. Daily Responsibilities**:

- Create and prioritize daily to-do lists.
- Update company policies and procedures as needed.
- Regularly meet with your supervisor to delegate tasks and provide progress updates.
- Perform basic data entry tasks.
- Maintain an organized filing system and ensure computer storage is clean and efficient.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes.

**About You**:
To qualify, you will need the following skills:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic data entry and computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in administrative support is an asset.
