Armour is presently seeking a** Seasonal Recruitment Advisor Intern.**

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruitment Advisor Intern will focus on full
- cycle recruitment for the organization. This includes effectively managing applicants through the
full-cycle recruitment process in collaboration with hiring management teams in our hospitality,
construction and property management related business units. This role will build successful
exceeds expectations.

**Work Schedule**: This is a term position running from May to August, with office hours from
Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**As the Recruitment Advisor Intern, you’ll get to**:

- Currently taking an undergraduate degree; certificate or diploma in HR Management or

related
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and relationship building skills.
- A commitment to confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment standards and human rights legislation.
- Effective organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving
- deadlines.
- Prior experience in the following industries is considered an asset: commercial real

estate, hospitality, construction, leasing, property management.
