- For decades, JSI has also been a specified National Supplier I the Hospitality industry, working with brands such as Hyatt, Marriott, Hilton, IHG & Best Western. _
- We have made our name supplying & installing Millwork, Cabinetry & Casegoods that meet the requirements of each brand’s standards. We set ourselves apart from the pack by working to develop the brand prototype scopes first, and then adapting this knowledge to each new project that comes across our table to bid. _
- JSI is currently looking to fill the position of Sales Coordinator for its Verdun office._

**OVERALL SCOPE OF POSITION**:
The Sales Coordinator assists the Sales and Estimation team during the entire process of bidding & estimating architectural woodwork and kitchen projects. He/She analyzes and extracts pertinent data from client drawings, and creates each project in our various project management software platforms.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Obtains, reviews and transmits Architecture & Design drawings and bid documents for project estimates;
- Manages incoming requests for proposals;
- Reviews required documents and prepare bid packages for estimators;
- Produces Kitchen Quantity Matrix and take-offs
- Help prepare documentation files for project managers;
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports.

**QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE)**
- DEC in Architectural or Interior Design or related studies
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and understand architectural & design drawings as well as Specifications
- Autonomy and able to prioritize
- Superior organization and time management skills - ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in computer skills - Advanced Excel and MS Word
- CRM Database experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills in English
- Basic working knowledge of French
- Attention to detail in a fast paced sales environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
