Sirius Personnel is a Placement and Headhunting Agency that Specializes in Sales and Marketing Professionals. Our client is an established trading house with a growing portfolio of products worldwide. Operating for over 45 years, they serve markets in Europe, the Middle East, Central America, and the Caribbean. They are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support and collaborate closely with the outside sales team, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain ongoing communication with suppliers. You will also be the main point of contact for your book of customers. This role is ideal for a mature, open-minded, and well-rounded professional looking for a long-term career in a dynamic and family-owned business. Territory: Caribbean Work Place: Montreal office Products/Services: Wholesale Salary: $55 000 to $75 000 Commissions/Bonus: Yearly bonus based on company performance $2,000-$6,000 Car allowance: N.A. Expenses reimbursement: N.A. Other Benefits: Free parking 2 weeks vacation Extra 8 days of vacation during the holidays Functions: Support outside sales reps Respond to customers inquiries Process and follow up on customer orders Process and follow up's with suppliers Updating prices and important information in CRM Follow up and process inventory requirements Communicate with different suppliers for price and stock inquiries Negotiations with suppliers Outbound calls to existing customers Requirements: Development vs Maintenance: 0% VS 100% Road vs Office: 0% VS 100% Languages: Perfect English & intermediate French Education: Post secondary education is a must Training: Onsite training provided Overnight Travel: N.A. Years' of experience: 2 years experience in a similar position. Other requirements: Highly organized Team player Open minded Cooperative Excellent communicator resourceful Transferable contacts: N.A.
