We are excited to annouce an opportunity to join our team at Dr Wisdom Dental Clinic - VSL as a calling center agent: you will play a vital role in our clinic's success by reaching out **to potential patients and booking appointments.**

**Tasks**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Update customer records in the database and maintain proper records

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, inside sales, or customer service of at least 1 year.
- Fluent in English AND French
- _**Strong communication and negotiation skills**_
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to market products effectively

**Exigences**:

- Expérience avérée en télémarketing, vente, vente interne ou service client d'au moins 1 an.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais ET du français
- **Solides compétences en communication et en négociation**:

- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle
- Capacité à commercialiser efficacement les produits
