Data Center Operation Coordinator

Daily Duties:

- Coordinate all aspects of Data Centers' operation and maintenance
- Coordinate the Data Center's operation management, equipment transfer work
- Coordinate and follow up Data center's storage and logistics transportation activities
- Provide technical support for data center's network, system and other operation and maintenance work
- Remote monitoring, managing, and maintaining data center operations. Ensure proper running of the existing data center systems.
- Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problems and abnormalities.
- Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues. Perform first-level troubleshooting and resolution based on the predefined troubleshooting guide provided.
- Proactively monitor the data center systems' uptime and proactively ensure system availability to prevent downtime and coordinate problem resolution with the vendor or tech support groups.
- Log and submit daily reports.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of management experience
- 24/7 on call required
- Ability to work under pressure; Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges
- Associate degree in information technology, computer science, or systems analysis, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of blockchain preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow specified policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

The role has standard working conditions in an office type of environment to support 24/7 operations. Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
