**Overview**

**Duties**
- Describe and explain the different qualities we offer, benefits, and ETA clearly and effectively.
- Close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain an organized approach to managing customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Utilize Excel and other computer programs for tracking sales performance and managing customer data.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure long-term customer relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in wholesale auto parts and customer service, preferably within the automotive industry and or auto parts store environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with sales management processes and techniques is a plus.
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive market is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other similar computer programs is required.
- Proficiency in other websites and platforms like Shopify, PayPal, APU Parts is a plus.
- Knowledge of Powerlink by Hollander software is a big plus but not required. Training will be provided on this specialized auto parts software.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
