Safety-Focused Planning**:

- Ensure safe execution of planned tasks and activities.
- Prioritize safety in green and yellow filter meetings**.**

Efficient Maintenance Management**:

- Schedule maintenance activities two weeks in advance.
- Manage processes, create work order models, and capture corrective actions in CMMS.
- **
Strategic Coordination**:

- Coordinate with production for optimal use of time.
- Coordinate external contractors for vacation coverage and routine inspections
- ** Project Management and Support**:

- Implement projects, conduct statistical analysis of trends and KPIs.
- Support divisional and corporate objectives, including health & safety, productivity, continuous improvement, waste and 5S.

Maintenance Coordination and Technical Proficiency**:

- Direct experience in coordinating maintenance activities with in-depth knowledge of equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient use of computer programs, including Guide TI, MS Office, and SAP.
- ** Proactive Problem-Solving and Collaboration**:

- Ability to assess situations, take initiative, and propose solutions.
- Effective collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.
- ** Organizational Skills and Industry Knowledge**:

- Strong organizational abilities, prioritizing tasks to meet objectives within budget and time constraints.
- Knowledge of the corrugated industry is an asset, commitment to ongoing training and development.
