**Location: Camp Stephens, Lake of the Woods, Kenora, Ontario (Live on Site)**

Do you love working with children? Want to help provide a high quality camp experience for every child? Excited about spending your Spring and Summer on an island in beautiful Lake of the Woods? Camp Stephens provides a unique opportunity for everyone. As a key Leadership team member, the Section Coordinator leads and supports Cabin Leaders to foster a safe, fun, and positive camp environment. This role uses experience working with youth to promote growth, teamwork, and the successful delivery of camp activities aligned with organizational goals.

**Are you the right fit?**
- Lead and supervise assigned section, ensuring a positive and safe environment for staff and campers.
- Support staff in behavior management and camper care, addressing discipline while promoting respect and inclusion.
- Provide regular feedback to staff for professional growth and alignment with camp goals.
- Ensure high-quality cabin programming meets policies and standards.
- Oversee section activities, ensuring alignment with the camp's mission and values.
- Maintain program areas to enhance the camper experience.
- Handle camper management tasks, including cabin lists, staff assignments, and parent communication.
- Manage staff-related tasks, including schedules and performance evaluations.
- Prepare an end-of-season report with observations, recommendations, and equipment inventory.

**Experience**: Required
- Demonstrated experience in supervising teams, providing guidance, and role modeling positive behavior in a camp, educational, or youth-focused environment.
- Prior camp experience or experience working with children and youth

**Licenses & Certifications**: Required
- Non Violnt Cris Interv
- Mental Health First Aid
- Emergency First Aid
- Bronze Cross
- CPR C
