**The Role**

Bello is looking for a Montréal-based **Responsable Administratif(ve)** to support daily operations as we scale. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, supporting our customer service, and ensuring operational excellence across the board. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our team, perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, structure, and making things run smoothly.

This role reports directly to the founders and is based in our Montréal HQ, where we are building the Bello team and culture from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**
- Bookkeeping and accounting
- Creating and managing purchase orders with suppliers
- Handling returns and coordinating customer follow-ups
- Coordinating with our 3PL to track inventory, shipments, and stock levels
- Supporting day-to-day administrative operations as needed

**Requirements**:

- Past experience in administration and bookkeeping (we value experience that shows you’ve owned things before)
- Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously
- Proficient with Google Workspace and QuickBooks; Shopify is a plus
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Montréal and available to work in-person

**Le poste**

Bello est à la recherche d’un(e) **Responsable Administratif(ve) basé(e) à Montréal** pour soutenir ses opérations quotidiennes dans un contexte de forte croissance. Vous serez responsable de la gestion administrative, de la coordination avec nos fournisseurs et partenaires logistiques, du service client, et de l’excellence opérationnelle au quotidien.

Ce poste polyvalent et clé au sein de l’équipe est idéal pour une personne organisée, proactive et motivée à faire avancer les choses dans un environnement dynamique.

**Profil recherché**

Vous aimez organiser, résoudre des problèmes et mettre en place des systèmes efficaces pour soutenir une équipe en pleine expansion. Vous êtes autonome, débrouillard(e) et stimulé(e) par la diversité des tâches en startup. Vous êtes à l’aise pour gérer un mélange de tâches administratives, logistiques et relationnelles avec rigueur et constance.

Ce poste relève directement des fondateurs et se situe dans notre siège social à Montréal.

**Responsabilités**
- Comptabilité et tenue de livres
- Création et suivi des bons de commande avec les fournisseurs
- Gestion des retours et suivi des demandes clients
- Coordination avec notre partenaire logistique (3PL) pour les stocks, les expéditions et l’inventaire
- Service client par courriel, avec attention et professionnalisme
- Soutien général aux opérations administratives quotidiennes

**Exigences**
- Expérience préalable en administration et en comptabilité (nous valorisons l’expérience concrète et l’autonomie)
- Sens de l’organisation, fiabilité et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
- Maîtrise de Google Workspace et QuickBooks ; la connaissance de Shopify est un atout
- Bilingue français/anglais (oral et écrit)
- Basé(e) à Montréal et disponible pour travailler en présentiel

Type d'emploi : Temps plein

Rémunération : 62 000,00$ à 75 000,00$ par an
