**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of fire protection systems within our facilities. You will work closely with various departments to manage vendor relationships, oversee procurement processes, and ensure that all fire protection measures meet industry standards. Your expertise in manufacturing environments and supply chain management will be essential in maintaining effective fire safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure effective sourcing of fire protection equipment and services.
- Oversee the procurement process, including negotiation of pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Utilize ERP systems to track inventory levels, manage MRP processes, and streamline purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess fire safety needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to fire protection compliance, vendor contracts, and procurement activities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Fire Protection industry
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in vendor management, negotiation, and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with MRP concepts and practices related to inventory management.
- Familiarity with Fire Protection materials and supplies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
