**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain inspection schedules using Inspect Point management software (CRM)
- Collaborate with technicians, clients, and subcontractors to create accurate and efficient schedules
- Monitor inspection progress and update clients of any changes to original schedule
- Coordinate with clients both before and after inspections to ensure timely completion and delivery of reports/deficiencies
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals by providing accurate inspection schedules
- Conduct regular meetings with technicians to communicate schedule updates and address any concerns or issues

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fire inspection scheduling and coordination
- Strong knowledge of inspections requirements such as monthly,quarterly,semi and annual to ensure clients are receiving the service they require to maintain compliance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools such as T Sheets and Inspect Point an Asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex schedules while routing technicians in an efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role

**Salary**: From $58,000.00 per year
