**Job Description**:
Follow programs implemented to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility.

Oversee the department performance including daily KPI monitoring and ensure it has been processed. Act as a liaison between Management and front-line employees.

Complete multiple leadership and direct labor tasks with mínimal supervision.

Comply with all Health / Safety / Security programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.

Ensure adequate training of staff. Keep teams up to date with daily operational issues, priorities, and tasks.

Train new hires and casual laborers.

In charge of scheduling team member and team attendance data.

Additional duties as assigned.

Requirments:
At least 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment.

Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and tools.

Familiarity with warehouse processes and inventory management, with skills in stocktaking and data recording.

Problem-solving skills, able to remain composed in fast-paced environments and handle anomalies.

Adherence to safety standards, possessing strong work ethics and a sense of responsibility.

Good time management and leadership skills, maintaining order in a busy environment.

**Fluency in Mandarin and English.(Must)**

Forklift licence as an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
