We are currently looking for a Team Lead to support our new operation: put away, at a position located in Markham, ON. TeamLead will be fully responsible for the safe, high-quality, and productive put-away operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow programs implemented to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility.
- Oversee the department performance, including daily KPI monitoring and ensure it has been processed. Act as a liaison between Management and front-line employees;
- Complete multiple leadership and direct labour tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Comply with all Health / Safety / Security programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property.
- Ensure adequate training of staff. Keep teams up to date with daily operational issues, priorities, and tasks
- Train new hires and casual laborers
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Forklift licence as an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
