**Scope of Position**

The Warehouse Team Leader’s primary responsibility is to accurately direct shipments between warehouse locations and support warehouse workers to transfers materials efficiently. This includes verifying and validating materials issued inter-company, by vendors and customers to ensure accuracy of data. Collaborating with the procurement, finance, production, and sales teams, maintaining, and updating receiving and shipping records, and providing logístical support as needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Load and unload material to and from delivery trucks.
- Perform incoming inspection on vendor purchase orders and stage for production-readiness.
- Accurately enter and process inter-company transfer orders, warehouse put-away and pick lists, purchase receipts, sales packing slips/shipments, and other related documents into the company's system in a timely manner. Scan and store documentation into the company’s database.
- Unpackage, assist and direct material handlers to move to stocking locations.
- Direct inventory coordinators to put away & pickmaterials per assigned locations on purchase orders, transfer orders or warehouse put-away/pick lists.
- Operate various machinery including pump trucks, cranes, and forklifts to handle materials and inventory.
- Collaborate with the production team on delivery schedules.
- Provide logístical support to the procurement, sales and production team as needed
- Track supply levels and regularly submit purchasing recommendations.
- Transport materials between warehouses and factory locations.
- Comply with all safety and health regulations.
- Safely operate a forklift and perform daily operating checks (following appropriate training)
- Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of warehousing and inventory leadership or a related field
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift more than 30 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to operate a forklift truck - certification required.
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time.
- Willing and able to work at heights, using ladders or lifts.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Acquainted with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- ERP experience - NetSuite preferred.

**Salary**: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
